🐾 Perle’s Poop Patrol Terms of Service
Perle’s crew is committed to clean turf, clear communication, and judgment-free service. By initiating service, both parties agree to the following terms:
- Yard Access & Safety Clients are responsible for maintaining safe, unobstructed access to the yard. If we cannot safely enter due to locked gates, aggressive pets, or hazards, the visit will be charged and rescheduled once the issue is resolved. We close gates securely after each visit.
- Waste Handling All pet waste is double-bagged using our own durable bags (not town-issued bags) and placed in your designated disposal spot for regular trash pickup. If no spot is specified, we’ll default to the most discreet and accessible location.
- Pet & Service Updates Please notify us of any changes in the number of pets, yard access, or service needs. If your pet(s) won’t be using the yard for a period (vacation, illness, etc.), let us know in advance to pause service and avoid unnecessary charges.
- Weather & Rescheduling Inclement weather may delay service if conditions are hazardous. We’ll reschedule as soon as it’s safe to scoop.
- Liability We assume no liability for damage to yards, gates, pets, or property. Our crew is trained to be respectful and discreet, but turf conditions vary.
- Fees & Changes Pricing and promotions may change. You’ll be notified at least two (2) weeks in advance of any updates.
